Funny EULAs

Anyone have any funny EULAs? I found these lines in the iTunes EULA.

"THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE."

Common the flyboys have to play the top gun theme using something on there nav com when doing attack runs.

Well, it's sad that they have to spell it out but they shouldn't be running Itunes on those types of critical machines (frankly, I don't think you're allowed to anyway). Just in case some idiot does though, you are not liable. I don't think there is legal precedent but it's not a bad idea to be prepared. I'd rather have that then some scary EULAs out there.
