HELP! Good Videocast Hosting

Can anyone recommend good hosting a site with 100 subscribers to a videocast that's generally 200mb, 4 times a week, plus short films.

We'll need about 300gb of transfer bandwidth and 6gb+ of disk space.

Oh and wow you do 4 shows a week? Nice!
