OK, so a few weeks ago, one of the boys mentioned that Sue and Namor are in love, but because of the nature of Sue and Richard's relationship, Marvel won't break them up...
I have been out of FF for awhile, and was hoping that someone could direct me to some storylines that focus on Sue and Namor...

This stems way, way back to the beginning of the book actually. Pick of FF Essentials one and you'll see there that Sue was pretty into Namor. The story line itself comes and goes depending on how much it enhances the current plot.
I think the Grant Morrison Marvel Knights story 1234 has a good look at Sue and Namor. Not to mention awesome Jae Lee art, and...well...it's just great, one of my favorites.

As far as I know there haven't been many real storylines around it in sometime. It was, however, mentioned during Civil War for a bit, and Sue admitted to liking him.
Well, in Civil War Namor was thrusting his huge crotch at her, how could she resist?
