Cheap or free alternative to Pump Audio?

Hey, I have a podcast and would love it to sound more professional but, it is so hard to find music for background noise, intros ect. So my question is, can I find a place to get songs as easy as you can on Pump without being a pirate?

i get free mp3 sound bites for short samples. sounddogs.com but you can pay .99 cents for longer stuff. i like to make montages on youtube.

Creative Commons is always the best place to go for free anything.

Otherwise, Digital Juice is top notch license free stuff.
