What WiFi card would you reccomend me for a desktop PC?
Do all cards have pigtails? I might like a shot at building an antenna for it..
If you like in the UK, could you please point me to something on amazon.co.uk - I've seen some for as little as £10 used but don't know if they're any good.

Thanks forum and thanks The Broken!

You would probably be better of going for a PCI to MiniPCI adapter (http://www.solwise.co.uk/wireless-pci-slot-solwise.htm) and a mini pci card like the Wistron CM9 (http://www.solwise.co.uk/wireless-mini-pci-wistron.htm) which has a Atheros chipset and is relatively cheap. Everything will cost you about £50 but off the shelf hardware from somewhere like amazon.co.uk will likely have to be taken apart and a pigtail soldered to the board and will use a shitty chipset which will not do what your looking for (if your posting in The Broken).
