Infected Podcasts

Any episode of the large Quicktime Infected podcast before the Forsaken episode won't sync to my 160gb iPod Classic running on Tiger. I have no problem with the small Quicktime version where all the episodes can sync. Is there some sort of incompatibility with those large Quicktime episodes? Also, I have no problem with any other podcast syncing from Revision3 or elsewhere. Just the large Quicktime Infected episodes older than Forsaken.

I needed to convert the mov files that those older episodes where encoded in. This is my first video iPod, thought it could play all quicktime movies.
