Me and My friend will be making a podcast soon and we want to show you guys and get your feedback about it. I think the title will be Just a Couple Of Solid Dudes and we will ramble about new technology and movies and games and just anything pretty much!! We will be posting are videos and we just want your feedback. :)

i like the idea but i think its been way over done. everyone seems to have a podcast about technology. make it unique if u can, have like blackjack and hookers while ur podcasting, that'll bring in the ppl ^_^

I'm not trying to spam. I'm totally serious about this, and hope to make it successful.

We plan on making it unique, and totally different from a lot of the things you've seen before.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for feedback. I never said it was going to be amazing, but I would really like it if I had some opinions and pointers once I get the first episode cranked out.

2b. You may plug or link to another website only if it doesn't break other rules.
2c. Do not spam your personal web sites or forums. You may link to them in your signature, but please limit them to there.

Example for 2abc.
Spam: "competitors-computer-help-site.com offers speedier service"
Spam: "My website is something.com...please check it out!"
Not Spam: "something.com has an article on LAN specific

and really. a quick look on your profiles show that if you are not the same person then you know each other. the only reason you two are here is to promote your podcast.

Dude, your from the same town...I highly doubt that your appearance here is a coincidence...I never said we don't know each other, but I was just wondering why it's considered advertising if all he wanted were opinions. I mean really, if a podcast hasn't even been made yet, how is it advertising?

I'm not here to promote, as myself and Buttgnome are two completely different people and decide what and what not to post on our own free wills. I'm here to actually, you know... be somewhat productive in other boards.

And if it's in the rules that a non-developed, pending podcast has to be "advertised" in a signature, then I guess it must be done that way. I don't see how it would be possible to ask for pointers without breaking any rules, though.

I don't want to spark any flames on me, because I'm just here on the side. Buttgnome is the one that wants to shout out about the podcast before episode one is even finished...

btw being apart of the communty helps. if someone who was apart of the boards did the same thing, no one would say anything. membership has it's privileges
