Nice to see Jeff doing some gaming reviews after his whole firing ordeal.

I liked the backup segment and you got me thinking about testing out the Cobian software. I have been slacking on my manual backups and that might help me out.

I know my blood runs pretty blue, but I'd like say something about Windows Live OneCare as a good solution for not only AntiVirus/antiSpam but it also schedules TuneUps (defrag checkdisk temp dumps etc) and has a decent backup solution in it as well. I think $50 bucks a year for all that on 3 systems is a pretty good deal. And coming off the latest 2.0 Beta with the wireless security auto-config stuff and the new OneCare Circle thingy I think its a good option for a set/forget kinda thing.

Oh and if you have Vista Ultimate the builtin backup solution is pretty spiffy too. It's already installed and does file based and image based backups..(which can be ported to a Virtual PC to boot your backup so to speak)

There is something wrong with our world, if a cute redhead with Jessica's... uhm... protruding... amenity needs a microphone to get attention.

I enjoy Tekzilla for the most part, although a lot of the info isn't very useful to subscribers outside of the USA, such as store-specific shopping guides, guides to country-specific services (like video downloads)... and also websites that only serve US customers, like hulu.com and mixaloo.com

I can certainly appreciate the fact that the show focuses on 'local' services (and sponsorship), but considering the fact that it's available globally, it'd be really nice if statements such as, "this is only available in the U.S." or "if you're outside of the U.S. this won't work for you...sorry, but I get excited about stuff like hulu and mixaloo only to discover that checking them out is a waste of time.

Hey, aside from this, I enjoy the show!

I hunted and hunted and hunted for backup software. I tried almost everything and was dissatisfied because of speed or features or ... I finally found HandyBackup. I am using version 5.8 and I absolutely love it. Not free, but very solid. Note that http://handybackup.net is the site - older versions are available from a different company (.com version), but if you compare you will find, I believe, you want the newer versions from the .net site.

It was great to see Jeff. Revision 3 should start a video game show with Jeff as the host.

Ok, I enjoy the show, and I like Heather's comic segments, but giving away the identity of the adversary? If I hadn't already read the series, I'd be pissed. But then, I'm one of those people who really hates spoilers and doesn't want to know any details before reading or watching something.

Yeah, I know - THAT's the Big Reveal of FABLES up to now! I was really disappointed to hear her blow that so casually....

Actually, I'm not so high on the non-tech segments in general - it sort of diffuses the show's focus a bit, IMO. I kind of enjoyed it on early AoTS (back when it only kind-of sucked, rather than COMPLETELY sucking like it does now!) when Chris Gore or Blair Butler would show up once a week and do movie or comics reviews, but that was five minutes out of an an hour-a-day, five-days-a-week show - not a half-hour weekly devoted to technology.

If they want to continue that, I'd suggest a GEEK MEDIA podcast with movie, DVD, comics, music and book reviews targeted to the Rev 3 audience - and, since Sarah Lane happens to be around, she'd be the ideal host, yes? :)

TekZilla is a great program on Revision3.com.

I accidently found it through CNET TV.

I registered here a while ago on Revision3.com.

I would like to say "hello" to everyone, since this is my first post here.
