I was hoping we can start trading some of our books. My library is lacking and I have some extra stuff. So I figure we can start trading books (honor system and for the more careful maybe ebay/AZ/Other feedback). We can all probably just do USPS First Class (it's cheap and fast) though for bigger packages Media Mail is fine if slow. So without further adieu:
I've got a trade of Arkham Asylum 20 Anniversary edition that I did not enjoy. It's like new condition. I also have Ultimate Team Up (the whole thing) though its a little worn. I also have the complete 52 with some dupe issues (this is in comics) and a signed Astro City #3 (first print probably Busieks signature). I really want to start reading Invincible, Walking Dead, and more Y The Last Man (I have the first two). Penny Arcade past the first volume would be awesome and Batman stuff (Year One!) would be awesome. Actually pretty much anything would be awesome. :)

So...I wasn't sure if there was a thread like this already, but I flipped back a few pages and didn't see one, as well as did a quick search without anything, so I'm making one :)

Basically, I have a few trades I don't need/want anymore, and instead of going through the hassle of trying to sell them on eBay (I'm sure I wouldn't get enough to make it worth it, at all) I thought I'd try offering them up for trade on here.

Basically, I'm talking swapping a TPB for a TPB, but not like a library club where they get returned after it's read, I'm talking trade as in a change of ownership, just to be clear and because I don't want anyone feeling cheated.

*I have a Captain America trade to add to the mix as well, but I'll have to find it first to be sure which one it is :p

I'm not sure if there will be any takers, but it's worth a shot. Just throw out a trade you're willing to part with and I'll post back if I'm cool with it (ie: if I don't already own it). As for any cost, basically just pay to ship it (ie: I'll pay to ship you mine, you pay to ship me yours) and that's it. Hopefully this just gets the ball rolling, anyone willing to trade feel free to come in and post so we get some sort of variety going. Just be sure if you're posting wanting something specific that you've seen listed for your offering, please say so. Otherwise, just post what you have up willing to trade and that you're just going after something new, not something in particular :)

O.K. this leads me to a question I've been meaning to ask for a while and have not found an easy answer. Is there a service (here or elsewhere) for trading TPBs? I would be willing to throw some cash at ifanboy for facilitating this but have not found anything like this currently available. I probably have 100 plus trades that I would be willing to "trade" for others. I'm an issue collector and a trade reader, so I am willing to make deal after deal. Thanks in advance if you know of another post related to this subject or have another avenue of commerse.

Awesome idea, awesome thread, I hope this gets and keeps going. The benefit of doing this on this forum, is that people come and stay usually, and really probably do not want to be banned or unable to come back, so there is a lot more trust than many other sites where people come and go with much higher turnover and anonymity.

Hmmm, I would be more than willing to trade logan issues the very first JLA trade, but I'm not sure thats in your best intrests, its pretty dinky, four issues I think, and in just decent condition. I have the first little runaways manga size book, that i think have the first six issues. If you have any of the other digest books or any issues you want to give away after six, that would be great.

I was a bit late sending in the packages to Cadgers and Babnert so I did include some bonus comic with those package. Hope you guys like I'm. They're both enjoyable on their own (ones from the 90's and signed, other is very recent).
