Alex and not being able to finish FPS..me too!

My goodness, I've enjoyed Half Life 2 recently (scored it with Orange box) but I'm about 3/4 the way through..and Im tired. It feels like work getting through the game now. Yep its a fantastic game, excellent story, graphics, FPS mechanics..very little to fault. But I feel somewhat bored. I want to get to the end of the darned thing so I can feel a sense of gaming accomplishment and maybe start Ep 1 + 2 someday.

Im a great "starter" of games, but a crap finisher. I notice Alex mentioned he has the same syndrome with FPS games. Anybody else?

i get bored with games very easy. in my youth when i had nothing else to do, i'd finish every game. the harder the better. now if it's too hard, i'd rather drink. these days cheat codes are my friends. even then the story has to interest me enough to walk to the computer and look it up.
