Looks like Cachefly is doing their job...
To download the .torrent file takes 18 minutes. (I'm at a school that usually gives me a download speed of over 1mb per second.)

umm thats the torrent not the video. after that you have to use the torrent to download the video

I think he meant that cachefly ISNT doing their jobs. They host the .torrent files too i believe. Jesus christ tho, 18 minutes for a .torrent file itself....
