If plan on seeing Juno or have seen Juno you should check out ellen page's other movie, Hard Candy. It's absolutely nothing like Juno, but you can really appreciate Ellen Page as an actress and it's a pretty good flick, though pretty disturbing.

Right now, I have On the Waterfront and This Film is Not Yet Rated from netflix, I'd highly recommend either. Atop my queue I have Murderball, Sideways, and Raging Bull. I would check any of those out if you haven't already.

Mine is out of control also. I can't seem to stop adding more and more.
As for recommendations, one of my favorite movies is Alphaville.

speaking of the instant watch are there any really good old, new, or foreign flicks that are worth checking out. I love the instant watch and it works great on my connection. but i haven't heard of a lot of the movies that are on there.

I used to run out of movies to watch but then I realized it was because I never new what the new releases were. Netflix does a terrible job of listing the new releases every week. If you want to get a list every week like I do the visit http://www.hackingnetflix.com he lists the new releases each and every week with links to them at Netflix, awesome! Other than that there are a bunch of stories about Netflix that have never been my cup of tea but to each his own.

For instant watching, they have a few good films on there. Pan's Labyrinth, Letters from Iwo Jima, Helvetica was a pretty good documentary, North by Northwest(probably my favorite film of all time), all of those are great.

I just watched a Netflix rental called "Evil", a Swedish film about a boy, Erik, attending an expensive boarding school where the older students, a fascist and masochistic bunch, are in charge of discipline. It was fantastic. My wife liked it so much she ordered it on Amazon the next day.

Having an empty Netflix queue is a sign of a much deeper problem.
Vurtigo -Wild Hogs ? = problem
Gravy - Not knowing how to find new releases, and, only wanting to watch new releases = 2 problems.

If you want some really good stuff and don't mind it being a little old:
Bicycle Thieves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle_Thieves) (One of the best films ever)
M (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M_(film)) (Even though it has sound, still felt like a Silent Film)
This Sporting Life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_Sporting_Life)(Mostly because there are hardly any films for Ruggers)
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Good,_the_Bad_and_the_Ugly) (No words necessary)
Taxi Driver (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxi_Driver)(De Niro is a badass)
