It probably is Roger Chang...
Chang announced in December 2007 that he was leaving that position to join Revision3 (TWiT Episode 126 16:13)in January 2008.. He also frequently appears as a panelist on This Week in Tech. It was on this show that he explained he was leaving DL.TV to join Patrick Norton and Jim Louderback over at Revision3. Chang will be joining the Tekzilla and Systm vidcasts as co-producer (and probable feature host)
Maybe they'll also be in the new studios!

Roger will be a great addition to Rev3. He has a hard time doing live shows, but these shows are taped and he will be great.

Seconded. Roger seems to be a great producer and a pretty decent on air talent as well. I think he could definitely give some Rev3 shows the boost they need to truly be excellent podcasts.
