Who do I need to talk to, to fix this problem? I've been a paying member for about two years now, yet out the blue the early previews are not available to me anymore. Can anyone help me out with this problem.

When I signed up i didn't get access o the early Diggnations. I sent an email to payments [at] revision3.com explaining the situation, and it got fixed very fast. Thumbs up for Rev3 support :).
