Diggnation HD

Im sorry if this has been brough up before. I am wondering why there isnt a diggnation download in xvid format? I can play the current HD files fine on my computer but i like to stream the videos to my 360 & ps3 and they dont play on them. Im pretty sure wmv and xvid are proven formats for encoding to hd resolutions. can someone enlighten me?

If you can play the XVID, you can play the h.264.

unless they have changed it. Last time i download the HD version is was encapsulated in matroska witch is not supported i will download again and see what happens.

There may be an issue with your streaming software. Try it with an updated copy of WMP11 or Zune player. However, before you do that, load the file on a USB drive and try to open it from there. That will check-out the stream hypothesis before you fux up your computer.

i just tried it and it works great. only problem is i have to put it on a memory stick because windows media player doesn't want to share it. but i can live with that. thanks for the help!

Try an updated version of WMP 11. It should work. Of course, this is Microsoft...

you can stream the HD h.264 if you rename the ending from .mov to .avi (make sure you have the "hide extensions for known file types" in folder options off)
