It was a great opportunity to ask him some questions so I did. He informed me that the company will *finally* switch over to DOCSIS 3 "later this year", meaning 100Mbps is possible both up and down...but also at a price of $100+ per month and he said it will be aimed at corporate users and hardcore gamers.
Do you think the price could be hassled if and when Verizon FIOS makes its presence more around the country? Do any of you think that more bandwidth = more cap restrictions and spying on the other end?
