Does My Video Card have to Match the North Bridge Chip Set to have the best Performance? Such as "ATI and XPRESS" and "nvidia Video cards and nvidia nforce4"???

This should be moved to the Hardware section.
Strictly speaking no ie. an intel chipset may be faster with an nVidia graphics card than nVidia's own chipset, but as a rule you will get good to great results by matching them.
