Makezine should be systm

Anyone else think that the Makezine ad at the end is what we are all wishing systm was?

Not really. Systm is pretty good right now and should be getting better now that Dave doesn't have his head jammed up the massive new set's butt 24/7 :). Not to mention the fact that these promos are odd anyway since Bre moved on from MAKE's weekend projects to work on etsy's Storque section.

That being said Bre as a part time contributer to SYSTM would be awesome but might be hard since he lives in NYC.

Not really. Systm is pretty good right now...Have you been watching since the start? So you're cool with Systm going from projects, to watching Patrick stand around and spray paint stuff? Seriously?

I agree that Makezine is currently a much more refined piece of work, but the amount of work Bre puts into it is pretty staggering apparently, and might not be worth it to Rev3. On top of that, don't get confused. Makezine is all about making something each week, not necessary technical stuff. For example, they have gone over making paper ornaments and stuffed dolls. I think Systm obviously should stick to things that are technical, obviously.
Systm could also learn a bit from Hak.5. Although I'd agree with the sentiment stated before that Systm seems to have some fresh potential now with new talent and now that thing are starting to settle down with the Rev3 construction, etc. The wireless thing coming up seems interesting, indeed.
