No, I don't believe they were ever enabled. And frankly, that's a good thing. Image signatures are what crap up just about every other forum on the internet.

I for one am glad they are off here.

Could you imagine crumbles' signature? :D

I sorta wish they did so I could use my real sig (pictured) but at the same time Kowgod is right.
