Well, I watched it a bit when it was G4TechTV. But once Kevin left, I stopped watching it. The only show I would of watched was xplay. But im not big into games.

I watched it until Kevn left, then watched only Xplay, then that got fudged up, then I stopped watching the only tv channel I watched regulary. Well, save for the Discovery channel, you know Mythbusters, now however, I haven't watched tv in over 6 months.

yeah thats what i finally did. i was trying to actually download the file so i didnt have to watch it in the browser. igetter didnt like the file.

Just to let you know I capture it as 480*480 do the video might seem little weird in the web browser. If you play it back in the VLC app it looks fine Windows Media player looks wrong also. Powerdvd I think the picture will look fine.

The reason for the video looking weird is that some play back software does not know 480*480 is 4:3 for TV.

I did not want to capture the show in DVD format and get a 2gig file and did not want to capture 320*240 also.

624 megs for a 45 minute show? Not complaining, but the file is a bit large for the resolution and length. I think it could be down to around 300 megs.
Oh well, not like I have anything better to do, so whatever.

Great plugin for firefox you can rip any video stream from almost any website.

Just remember VLC will play the video I put up as a 4:3 video the right way. Windows Media player does not display the video right.

Also if you wish to play it back on your 360 the extension must be DIVX. On the PS3 a DIVX file can have a AVI extension and play with not any problems.

The one thing too remember is that when putting a video file on a USB stick, and putting it into your PS3 you must first make a folder called video, and put the video in the folder called video.

From what I've seen, Sarah Lane is the only chick that has "proven" to be tech-show-host worthy.

Non the less. I do think that taking in Alex was a publicity stunt. Alex Albrecht has aprox. 1mil viewers -> if he puts in a word that he's going to be on G4 -> More viewers -> more $$$ -> Happy G4 chiefs.

However, what struck me was that he DID NOT announce his appearance-to be on Diggnation. Which actually shocked me.
