So I downloaded The Digg Reel on the iTunes as soon as I heard about it on the TekZilla. I try to sync it to my iPod video but it wont sync because it's the wrong format... I think to myself, maybe no one at the Revision3 has heard that iTunes was developed originally for the iPod??? Why else would they offer a format on iTunes that won't play on iPods???
Well, any-who I log on to TheDiggReel.com and download the Small Quicktime format to my desktop and drag it to my iTunes movie folder so I can sync it to my iPod. Finally I'm watching The Digg Reel on my iPod!!! Woo Hoo! But wait a second what's that, that Jessica just said If I want to see the whole video I gotsta log back on to TheDiggReel.com??? !!!! What's the point The Digg Reel show if I have to log on to TheDiggReel.com to see the whole video?
If this were Digg.com I would have to rate this whole experience as burried for being lame.

Needs work.
Needs more thought behind this than this half hearted effort.
Need to show the whole video with less chattiness.
Need to offer this in small quicktime on iTunes otherwise this is not worth the effort.

How about you do this: Right click on the podcast, and click on "Convert selection for iPod/iPhone"... Voila!

And sorry to post a second replay. The first question pissed me off, since lazynes and total lack of intelligence is according to me, worlds biggest issue.

My response to your "suggestions", and kissing their asses:
They show the "highlights" of the video's.
Give the show a couple of tries. If you don't like it, and plenty of people don't, they'll fire Jessica or punish her for being bad... ^^

The first episode of digg sucked ass, and so did the first episode of South Park.
People gave it a shot. People gave the producers a shot and guess what... These Shows got huge.

Give it time, or sue the shit out of revision3 and Digg for making this show available to the public.

You can manually add the small quicktime feed to iTunes.

From the iTunes menu:

Select Advanced -> Subscribe to Podcast -> and paste the follwing URL:

http://revision3.com/diggreel/feed/quicktime-small

OR

http://revision3.com/diggreel/feed/quicktime-large

Both the small and large feeds should work on the iPod/iPhone. The HD version does not.

Hmmm. I might have added tolerance to the short list.
