This is a good episode, albeit one that I probably won't use since I won't be driving around hoping for internet access any time soon.
Looks like Dave got Sarah's illness, probably from hosting the Gazette a couple of weeks ago.
Also, a tidbit of news in this episode...Rev3's working on 5 new shows! I wonder what they could be, and what they shows are about...and who's the hosts...
Thoughts?

Where in the world did you find that mini-itx setup for $25? I heard Defcon, but who was the seller? That is crazy cheap for something that would be used to play around with.

Pretty good episode, I can't wait to see the finished product.
And Dave, I know exactly how you feel, I've got the same crud.
(I was also wondering what happend to that laptop)
I couldn't care less about the laptop. Finally they're starting to pump out cool shows again. The last few have been short, and appeared to almost be an afterthought. Clearly the current goings on at the studio have had a negative impact.
Systm is easily my favorite Rev3 show, and I'm glad to see it back where it should be. Good job guys!

While I'm glad to see that the show has gone back to its roots again, I'd like to see some follow-ups on previous projects.

The linksys nslu2 uses +5v and will run debian linux so with a lappy hd it makes an excellent mini portable server. I use it as a web, music, email server, and etc. I am sure you could adapt it for a wifi/wan router too.
