Dag. I'm at work. I watched the first 7 minutes, though. My co-workers asked me why I was weeping uncontrollably in my cube. How could they even ask such a thing? Heretics. All of them.

I'll watch the rest later, but I like how this looks so far. I loved the Video Professor bit. I hope we get more Infected-type fake ads like that.
I am a little disappointed, though, 'cause I kinda expected them to get an Unscrewed-type set. Still cool, though.

Did it seem to anyone else that Martin was cutting Tom Green off every 2 seconds? It even seemed at one point he was getting a little annoyed by it.

Time to start buying acoustic foam in bulk or at least toss a few NERF footballs in there. I can see it now. Revision3 sponsored by NERF.
Very funny stuff Martin was much more snappy and on point and that is when he is at his best. Bit odd seeing Tom Green not being a spazz though i must say.
BTW doesn't it break the illusion a bit when you see the credits role at the end. Where was i when the memo went out that one man operation meant 15 people in a studio? :)

Great show!
Looking forward to see what superstars they've got for us in the future!
I might be the only one but I really didn't enjoy it. I don't know if it was the content or the hosts, or what. But I could of spent the time doing something more entertaining then that. We will where it goes.

Wow...I'm 8 minutes into the show, and I have to say it's the best thing that Rev3 has put out.
The studio definitely needs acoustical foam to cut back on the natural reverb, and the noise gate needs a softer knee. It shuts too quick, IMO. I'm sure the gate issue will kinda fix itself when the acoustics get fixed.
BBWW?? LOL!! I had no idea that people would be into that.
and the Intro was AWESOME!

:( Yet, another one of Martin's shows I hate. Though to be fair, I don't like Martin and haven't liked anything he has done yet. Oh well, Pat said on the last Systm that they were trying to launch 5 shows, we've seen 2 (Digg Reel and this one) maybe I'll like one of the other 3.

Good start Martin!
So tell me, what again is the show about? Is it Martin trying to BECOME an Internet Superstar (IS)? Is it discussions with IS's? Is it a show about nuthin?
If it becomes interviews with IS's then work on the protocol for the webcams, specifically when to speak, when not to speak, and when to let gator have some time. Balance those three out.
Otherwise, I liked it more than Infected. You should announce each week that Jim has seen results and loans you a new technician. That way you can justify the end credits.
Oh yeah, bring Sarah on one show. I want to see the two of you battle it out for 45 minutes!!!!

It's rare that I laugh so hard at a Revision3 show, that I actually want to go back and re-watch certain parts afterward. Congrats, Martin and Gator! I loved the computer ads, Alex Albrecht on 2Girls1Cup, and the great guests.
Only thing is . . . It kind of just feels like Infected, but with a slightly different flavor. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. It also seems like it might be a bit much having this and Web Drifter at the same time. That's a lot of web sites to make fun of.
Still, I absolutely loved it, and I'll be watching every week.
(We want Joey and Johnny O'Bannion.)

Can I ban users for BLASPHEMY!?!?
Its Infected 2.0, or two dot oh as Tim Berners Lee says it.
Or maybe its Infected repackaged as an erectile dysfunction treatment?
Or Infected, but something Jim can swallow easier than before (why does that seem dirtier after rereading it?)

i guess i'm the second person who didn't really enjoy it. i thought it was fine, and the best thing on rev3, but a far cry from the original infected episodes, and not in a good way. it seemed rushed and contrived, and there was no story at the end. even in bad infected episodes, the story would make everything better. no story = fail.
still, i watched the whole thing and will continue to. yay i guess.

Love the new show! The opening was great ("copy/paste...you're a dipshit" <--lawl)! Tom Green as the first major guest = awesome to the max. The 2girls1cup scene was roflskates (FYI: enter "qqqqq" into google and tell it your feeling lucky. so hott). Even the real adds were awesome with Sarge's own drunken spin put on em. Overall an AWESOME show!! There were just a few things I didn't care for though:
1) The echo. Foam is not the enemy. Embrace it. Use it. Make out with it. And if you're desperate enough, give it some tender lovin'. I'm sure this'll be fixed in later eps though, so I'm not worried.
2) The set. Too much granny nicknack/handicraft crap lying around. I know it's your mom's shed n'all Marty, but idk, it just detracted from the whole Superstar experience i think. (Brainsplooge: maybe use some of the insulating foam to decorate the "shed". Could give it that edgy look and maybe man it up a bit while still keeping that home cooked look. Idk, just a random thought). Ultimately I'm hoping Loudercrack has a "change o'heart" and decides to let Marty and Co. on the lot and give him a more Unscrewed-esque set instead of keeping him locked up in his "shed".
3) I could tell Mr. Green was getting a bit perturbed by all the interuptions Sarge. Just give the guests a chance to talk a bit more and all will be good, so no worries.
4) Was it just me, or did Gator not seem too into it? Just didn't seem to add much to the show this time around. He cracked a few jokes and puns, but it just didn't seem like the ol' Gator we know n' love.
All these are just minor things really, esp since it's only the first ep. It was a great first round and I can't wait for Wednesday to roll around again!!
Holy shit, there is hope for the internet.
Gator is ALL THAT IS MAN

I do believe this is the greatest thing that Rev3 has on the current lineup.
However it was missing something. Its not so much the lack of insulating foam or the credits that make it apparent that the show is filmed and edited inside the Rev3 studios, Its the lack of an MP3 download that disappoints me.
I am still listening to every single episode of Infected, via MP3 on a loop, in my truck, my office and while I sleep. Martin Sargent is like the DC2 gas, only when I stop getting my regular doses do I become a walking, festering, once human monster who hungers for human flesh.
My point here is that there needs to be an MP3 download.

To be honest, I haven't liked much of what Martin has done lately, but I really enjoyed this. In a sense, it has a lot in common with Infected, but if they can manage to keep getting interesting guests (although I do agree with what someone said earlier, it looked like Tom was getting a bit irritated by the interruptions), I think I may have to subscribe to this one. I'm glad to see they're using Skype too.
Good stuff =]

This was a great start to your new show. But I have one thing to ask... Martin.. Hey Martin. Please read us a story. Come on man.... I'm not leaving til you read a story.
Now that I got that out of the way. Good start. But listen guys. You don't have to keep pretending and making up lies to keep us entertained. Jay/Gator --- fine = Bruce Wayne/Batman. But there is no need to tell us that your shooting from your mothers shed. We will love your show anyway. I'd prefer a more traditional Unscrewed set anyways, but that's just me. Also, the whole Jim Louderback thing was good when we still didn't know the truth, but now that everything is out in the open, you guys can drop it. Maybe you could have a special episode where he admits he was wrong about you and begs you to come back to the studio to host your show. That way you could change sets to a more Unscrewed style, but would still have a "story plot" to connect the transistion togeather.
Looking forward to future episodes.

This show is god damn amazing. I must have watched the Computer Professor skit at least 10 times now.
Martin, don't change a damn thing. The scenario and set are great, the in-jokes subtle enough, and the overall pacing is perfect.
Look, I'll always miss Unscrewed/Infected, but this show really has the potential to be more than either show ever was. The only suggestion I can give is to not bother widescreening the skype video calls. Preserving the original aspect ratio could look better especially if you had some Internet Superstar-themed background graphic behind the two video feeds.
Anyway, keep up the great works guys.

That reminds me of one more thing. Besides the intro computer professor skit, Gator really didn't have much to say in this episode. He should get more lines. Gator has always been a sort of rambler, and that is a part of his charm. But here, he seems a little out of place, expecually in the Tom Green interview. I hope to see a few tweaks to the show. But I still loved it none the less.

Speaking of Gator, I wonder if Jay ever gets sick of doing this character. He's been doing it for, like, two years now (I don't really count the first few episodes of Infected 'cause clearly they hadn't toned it yet).

I wouldn't its a great and hilarious character. When I met Jay he was joking around doing his ricky kang "qwazi toe toe's" and all that stuff so I don't think he is tired of it.
Anyway. Its a great show really need to work on the echo though. And for some reason gator seemed to clean to me like his glasses need to be matted around the edges or something and he needs stubble. But that may be just me.

Gator's tone of voice and delivery of lines seemed more relaxed/confident than Martin's...therfore easier to watch/listen. Marty seemed a bit nervous/unsure and shouty.
The "Computer Professor" sketch was the best part of the show for me. Maybe add more sketches??
I'll subscribe to see how the show improves!

That must be a huge shed to cause such a massive echo. You guys need an audio engineer to fix that up for you? I'd love to move to CA. Michigan is too freaking cold.

I agree with this. The show is hilarious, but sometimes the scripted stuff really does feel a little too forced. I much prefer the humor when it's based on . . . reality.

Hah, couldn't have said it better myself.
Seriously though, I really enjoyed the pilot! I think I liked this first episode more than any episode of infected. The video professor commercial was f'ckn hilarious, but what's amazing is that even the REAL commercial had me laughing... Well done guys.
PS. Forget the end of episode story, there are better ways to end an episode. Think simpler, like the Daily Show's "moment of zen", simple.
Poor. Really poor.
The only thing more unfunny than Martin Sargent is Martin Sargent with a bad echo.
Another one for the "soon to be cancelled" list I think.

I'll start watching Martin when Gator is gone. I think that the sole purpose of having him in the shows are so that they can make Martin look smart - which is evident that he is anyway.
The guy is depressing and not really that funny - well, I guess in a trailer-park way he is, but that is not my cup of tea in terms of humor to listen to from the web.
