I miss the old thebroken forums, I hope most of the people return. I could round alot of them up... but most of them hate TB now ;o
Also: most of them moved on to http://www.computerhelpforum.org after thebroken died

dude, the old broken forums were like my favorite memories of my internet... uh... career. they should totally dedicate thebroken.org to those again.
oh and how people went on and on about it not having a general discussion board. great times.

I was from the first forum. I was a op in the IRC room too with ray and them. I was TDFX on the board and IRC.

Yeah, Ray and Geth were awesome. I'm a member over at the Computer Help Forum ( http://www.computerhelpforum.org/forum ) and we have some original members over there. Members like:

and probably a few others I'm forgetting.

I remember the old days there. I only had 20 or so posts, but I was more of a silent watcher. As others have stated before I also joined other people to chf.

Im peeved that everyone remembers Geth and Ray, but it was actually ME that was the only mod for the last almost 6 months that the old forums were around. Geth quit, and Ray all but gave up.

Ya, I am from the original forum as well. And ya I miss Ray and Geth as well, however I still keep up with Ray at his blog http://rayhaque.blogspot.com/
I really miss the old forum. It was the source of some of my favorite internet memories. I haven't been able to find anything that compares since. I will definately check out Computer Help Forums. Sounds like that might be the closest thing unless some key people com to this forum. We can hope at least.

vorex/whorex from the old forum, i was the one who got people in a pissy fit when i made my sig check a few ports on people who viewed it, so every thread i posted in people were like "zomg my zonealarm is like h4x" got banned for a few hours cuz of it eventually by geth, then ray laughed and unbanned me. A bunch of us 'ole folk from then are still on the old IRC channel...
