This book is truly great. Lots of heart and full of laughs. The art fits perfectly, and Chao seems to be weaving a great story here.

The one line pitch:
1/2 indie relationship comic, 1/2 ridiculous (in a good way) Japanese movie homage - it's High Fidelity meets Godzilla meets Strangers in Paradise meets Shogun assassin.
So much better than 90% of the capes and all that other crap. Try this book - you won't be sorry. And if I can find it here in MI, you can probably find it anywhere.
Edit: he is on episode 15 of the comixology podcast as well. Good stuff.
