I have never heard this echo on any show. :/ I download the large Xvid.

You aren't imagining the echo. It's clearly present on the video that streams from the site.

they should move the show back to the sarge shack..there was no echo and no pesky neighbors mowing the lawn....

im still confused as to why there is such a large echo in a small shed

Because it's a set in a studio. They still haven't gotten the soundproofing up.

man, the echo is really distracting to me - and totally blows the whole "shack" thing as it sounds like it is being recorded in a HUGE room (which, I'm sure it is - but all the same the 'illusion' is totally blown).

It's not that much of an echo. If you don't focus on the echo, it wont be there :)

Yeah, please do something to fix the acoustics in the studio. I recognize those acoustics from anywhere. Place quilts on the ceiling, use better shotgun mics... whatever does the trick.

The echo has been acknowledged several times. Posts by Dave Randolph indicate that a budget has been approved for sound dampening, and it will be installed.

I don't know if it would make a difference though. Martin has a voice that would echo in space.
