The trailer is officially up over at Yahoo. Not a crappy cam rip, available in HD too.

What's the consensus?

I think Spielberg's been playing a little Uncharted, especially the jeep levels. The movie looks like tons of fun, even a little older Indy is still a wiseass. Can't wait for this movie to come out.

Yeah I just watched the trailer and it got me totally hyped. I'll be there opening night for sure.

It also gives me an excuse to go back and watch all of the dvds.

With my birthday being today, I couldn't of asked for a better gift. It's Indiana F*%king Jones. Hell yeah. I totally feel like a kid again today.

Though the trailer gave me that impression that its gonna play on the whole idea that Indy is not as sharp as he use to be. I SUPPOSE this is alright considering Ford's age but I'd still like to see Indy WHIP some ass.

EPIC!!

The intro shot with the shadow is pure Spielberg genius.

Time to watch the DVD collections again.
We haven't seen any great adventure movie for a long time...

Im sold. Up till this moment i was really scared about this movie. Now im thrilled. They seemingly are sticking to the original material, but i am sensing a bit of a campiness approach. We shall see how that works out. But right now, it looks like if nothing else, a worthy edition to the series and Indy looked alright. Looked like he is doing his own stunts too like he said he would after firewall.

Anyway, like i said. Stoked :)

"You're a teacher?"

"Only part time."

Classic.

I loved it.

I realize that it's only a trailer, but it made the movie look like what im scared it is going to be. Way over the top, overly saturated, too much cgi.

I really hope I'm wrong and they just wanted to show the cool action scenes for the first trailer.

I read the Vanity Fair article on the upcoming movie which was a bit more reassuring. After seeing the trailer, I'm really sold on this movie. I'm glad they're going for the original look and style of the first three movies. It looks great.

I don't like the trailer, mostly because over half of it is footage and references from the previous films. I want them to make me excited because THIS movie is going to be good, not the fact that the previous Jones movies are classics and they happen to be making another one.

I am still worried it might come off too Stallone new-sequel-esque and cheesy. That being said, it's been at least a year since I've seen the first three which I have as a VHS trilogy from eons ago. I'm hardcore like that so maybe this is exactly the feel given off by the first three.

I loved the trailer. Gave me the same feelings I had when I first saw the Revenge of the Sith teaser Obi-Wan dialogue and old film footage.

The hype machine has been kicked into overdrive for myself!

Damn, does this rock or what? Seriously, the best part of the trailer...him swinging on shiti....................................and missing, only to crash into a truck.
