I've seen a lot of weird sync failures across various shows. The flash vids seem to be off more often than not. It's usually not enough to really bug me, but I have noticed it.

As of episode 19, the large WMV version gives me only audio, both on my XBox Media Center, and in WMP11 on my main PC.
The small WMV version works on both, but as you might expect, looks rather poor on 37" TV. I'm trying the large Xvid version this week, since the problem persists.
Originally, the large WMV versions of Tekzilla Daily worked fine, but then they started dropping frames and the video plays more like a slideshow. I had to switch to the large Xvid version for that, and it usually seems to have a slight audio sync problem.
None of the other video podcasts I download in WMV format (including Systm, at least so far) have the problems Tekzilla does.

I've noticed it as well with Tekzilla and especially the Digg Reel.

I played it on the XBOX 360 and had no such problems. I'd check your codec version.
