Ethanol has been a waste of time. Numerous studies have shown it's not a viable replacement to the nation's dependence on oil. The only reason why companies have gone as far as they have with Ethanol is because the U.S. Government has been spending 3 billion dollars in subsidies in it. The Ethanol boom is nothing more than the result of a failed energy policy by the Bush Administration.

The only thing I've noticed since we've started this Ethanol subsidy is that the cost of corn flakes has gone up.

I wonder how far Honda's new Hydro model car will fare. It seems like a nifty idea. Time will tell if it pans out.

I checked out the ilike.com site brought up on the show. As it turns out, it's got a great guess-the-song type game! Just thought I'd bring it up for anyone that may be interested.
