I just came across this information about a comic coming out this month titled "Zombies Vs. Robots #1" from the SuicideGirls News area. It sounds interesting, though, I'm like Dan, someone that doesn't typically read comics. This has some potential. Personally, I'm bored with the whole zombies overtaking the earth scenario. I might check this out though, considering there's robots and all. You can never get enough robots.

well the robots would win hands down... but it would be a lot harder to survive a robot apocalypse than zombie.

Looks like fun, but am I the only one sick of this slapped together mono style art I think made popular by Ashley Wood and Ben Templesmith? Both fellow Aussies. :)
It's not that it's bad, it's just that it seems like a quick technique (I read that Ben can apparantly crank out 3 to 4 pages a day). I would rather see some of these stories with something more solid, like the Goon or something like that.
Actually I've seen some of Ashley's work from the early 90's that he did locally and it did a lot more for me then his current stuff.
I would also like to throw a big thumbs up to the idea of Zombies VS Robots, together at last :)

First off, the art work looks like s h i t.
Second off the only reason zombies beat humans is because they infect the humans creating more and more of them. If humans weren't infected they would easily take care of the zombies. So of course robots would f u cking destroy the zombies.
NOW if you made a comic book called Robo Titties vs Zombies I might buy it.

don't want to high jack this thread, but does anyone remember a comic that JLo was talking about that had zombies and it wasn't just about surviving the night, it was about the lives of people that have to live out each and every day of their lives trying to survive?

You could have posted this over in the reading thread but the book you are looking for is Walking Dead, and it kicks all kinds of ass.
