Hey, I was wondering if anyone else have herd of this Series? Its a Anime that to me is Epic. It isn't like any kiddie show or weird anime, it is one of the most intense shows ive ever watched. To me it even surpasses Avatar. I would highly sujest everyone to at least try this show for the first few episodes. At first it may look iffy but is really well made.

The plot sounds dumb but after the first 2 episodes you will be glued to it. Info:

In total there is 36 shows in Japanese all subbed.

Again just wondering who else have herd of this show?

Death Note was pretty cool at first, but it got ruined about 2/3 of the way through in my mind. You know what moment I'm talking about if you've seen it.

If the guys actually sat down and watched an anime series to review on the show, I would much rather see them review something like Cowboy Bebop, which I have recommended to them before.

What do you mean? Avatar is anime, sorta...

Besides, Cowboy Bebop is OLD.

Who the fuck cares? It's one of the best anime series.

I know, bebop rox. It's just that they'd never have the opportunity to review it because they mostly only review new stuff, especially on TV.

Death Note is the reason I grew out of my anime phase, its writing is laughable, the dialogue is painful, and the art is basic and bland.

Good concept though..

I moved up here to Michigan and went to a meeting of an anime club that was watching a few series at a time, and was about 10-11 episodes in for each of them. One of them was Deathnote, and all the people in the room were laughing at things that seemed very in-jokish and not inherently funny at all. They all seemed to have this fanboy love for it, but like it would be for someone who hadn't actually seen a good series like Cowboy Bebop, or Trigun.

I did enjoy the first manga book of Deathnote, but I'll have to see if I like it any further.
