I'm in a pickle so to speak i can't decide on a board some intake will help i cant decide on these two.

I say ASUS because of the 1333mhz FSB, I know the other has 32 GB of ram using 64bit but you will probably build a new machine before you ever buy that much ram.

Ive heard mostly good about the ASUS except for:

If you look, there are two little caps right next to the CPU socket. This can kill all bets on certain larger coolers being installed, which can severely impact its otherwise promising overclocking potential. Just be forewarned that you may have to plan your cooler choices around it.
