looks like the Castlevania movie is moving forward. time for another bad video game movie or should i keep my hopes up for now?
let's just hope the protagonist is not based on this interpretation of the Belmont name:

I think that Castlevania would have been good if Van Helsing wasn't released. That story line would have been good. The stranger taken in by priest and brought up to handle the evil of Dracula, not knowing that Dracula is his father. Oh Yeah, that would have been good.

I hope it's directed by Paul Verhoeven, starring John Cena as one of the Belmonts, and Jean-Claude as Dracula. Oh my God, that kicks so much ass, I have to get a towel.
