Everytime Patrick uses a silly voice, take a drink
Everytime Patrick uses the word "basically", take a drink
That's all
You should be pretty drunk by the end of an episode

Hah! + the hand gestures. I only watch because of the cohosts, regardless of who they are.

And Pat Norton won't be joining this game...unless he did it with a non alcoholic drink (he is a fully recovered Alcoholic, something I very much respect him for and various levels)

I like getting wasted as much as the next man. But, do he really need to pay tribute to a recovering alcoholic by drinking. Not cool.

Ok. Really? Are we really having a back and forth about if it's in good taste or bad taste to have a drinking game where the trigger is a recovered alcoholic?
*sigh* Bottom line... every single one of us has something we're weak about. Maybe it's something as innocent as chocolate, or maybe it's heroin. God forbid it's serial murder. You get the point. What sets Patrick apart is that he was man enough to recognize his own limitations, seek help, get it, and follow through with it. Statistically, he's in the minority. Kudos to him.
Now, ask yourself this. Do you think Patrick himself wants the world to stop having a bit of fun because of him? I feel fairly confident the answer is no. I mean, you don't hear lactose intolerant people whining when they hear about kids eating cereal with milk. It's as simple as that. It's just something he can't do, which in no way, shape, or form impacts other people's ability to do so.
As far as bad taste goes... Patrick IS the guy that taught us how to make homemade tasers. ;-)

I don't drink and find it funny when ever a person talks about drinking everyone jumps and praises it yet when a person has a different belief about alcohol they get attacked.
I agree with masherscf in this topic.
