The Swiss in Tacoma, WA, just go south from Seattle -- Great Bar, perfect (I would think) for a live showing (and its on the University of Washington Tacoma Campus!) or you could stick to Seattle and I'd still be happy :)

Tacoma would be fine too. As long as it's in the Sea-tac area or somewhere relatively close.
under 21 would be fine but alas it doesn't matter to me as I could go to either. (over 21 = alcohol = good...your call.)
