After years of reading comics and knowing about "Preacher" I finally gave in and decided to start reading it thanks to Jlo and DannyT. Holy S h i t! I just finished the firs graphic novel and I am starting to read the 2nd one. D a mn it is good!
Better late than never. Preacher is one of my all time favorite books. Turned me into an Ennis fanboy.

it's gonna suck being this far behind. i am already thinking how easy it would be and bad ass it would be to be jesse for next halloween. even if ppl did get it they would be like...dude that was years ago.

I read the first volume and thought is sucked. Yet I'm in the minority or maybe the only person I know of that doesn't like it. However, I wouldn't mind seeing the HBO series that they are supposed to do.

I cut my comic teeth on Preacher and Sandman 5 years ago. I was behind the times then, and I'm behind the times now. I'm re-reading/re-collecting both series of trade paperbacks.
Preacher actually makes me want to go to Texas...

I love preacher and y: the last man have always tried to read them at the slowest pace possible, b/c those are two of the greatest series EVER. Preacher is over and Y is coming to an end, and I'm one of those people who sucks gummi bears for a while just to make the flavor last longer. Unless I find something as good as Y (which is my favorite non-superhero series of all time), I'm not even gonna finish THAT anytime VERY soon. hahaha...*sigh*

The Preacher was the second comic I ever read, and man does This Comic Book kick ass, also my First comic book was The Invisibles which is really good when you get into it.
