the moment you gather together with friends for a multiplayer match only to find, several minutes later, that you still haven't blinked, you'll have taken your first step into the digital drug that is Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and there's really no better way to describe it. The title's robust and balanced multiplayer offerings are completely engrossing and wholly entertaining from beginning to end, and this time around you can take those bouts to the online arena for similarly satisfying results.

Masahiro Sakurai and his team at Sora have drowned the fighter in high-caliber presentational extras, from a superb soundtrack to gorgeous full-motion cut-scenes. These, coupled with all of the characters and stages to see and master, the many unlockable trophies and stickers, the stage builder, the screenshot and replay tools, and so much more, combine for an exceptionally deep experience overrun with replay value.

I'm sure most people expected a score this high, but who cares, just buy the damn thing and enjoy!

It's a great game, a must buy item for Wii owner.
For me, the 0.5 score deducted should be due to the stupid friend code system and it's hard to find players in the random play Wi-Fi mode.

It's also an enjoyable single player game, even the adventure mode itself can be seen as a stand-alone game.

I'm sure it's incredible playing with friends, but I just hope it's still fun to play this game single player style with the computer or against strangers you can't communicate with! :)

I already have it reserved and the kid wants to go to the midnight release. Now, whether we go is whole other story.

He's already a hardcore gamer. Awesome.

I was watching the videos of Snake and his codec during battle. Ooohoho how I want this game now.

I might pre-order it online, but I won't get it until the middle of the week. :( I'm sure that the game will be sold out in a lot of places, so I doubt I'll get my hands on it as soon as I would like.

That's a good idea. How many voice chatters can Skype support at once?
