I am using Total Video Converter(http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter) which I think it is the best video converter. The software supports any format to any format video conversion.

I think you'll find the free Super (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/SUPER) converts just about any video format out there. This includes, for example, FLV files saved from hulu.com. Super also works with AviSynth scripting and VirtualDub(Mod). The Super guides at the above URL are a must. It seems darn near no video conersion software out there works at all. Then there's that, "Uh well, duh..." moment when you learn the right tickbox, or variable framerate setting, or whatever to use and *poof* Bob's yer uncle. Works on Vista.
