Hacking my Jabra A120 Bluetooth to get around the yard

Hey Guys. I just bought the jabra a120 and Bt620 bluetooth headset and dongle. I bought this hoping that it would have enough range to get myself around the house. I want to be able t listen to my streaming radio stations while I cut the grass. I tried aiming the a120 dongle out of my bedroom window to get the signal in the yard. It didn't work very well. I found this device which may be more powerful for me and is stereo bluetooth. I want to get an ipod touch and use my wifi router to listen to my streaming radio stations . I was wondering what would be my best option to get my streaming radio station out in the yard. I want to listen to kfi radio which is out in California for Leo Laportes radio show and my mp3 collection. I thought it would make a great show idea . Thanks for all of your help and ideas.
