Forum trouble... help?

Okay, this seems like this should have a "duh" answer, but I can not figure it out. Why do my posts show this:

instead of this:

It also says "Posts: n/a" instead of my post count....

But I'm signed in, and all my posts show up in the "all posts by serafina" list.

Last I heard, that was an issue with folks who registered at the revision3.com/ site rather than the forums directly. I've no idea if they fixed it and have to do something to your account to fix it though.

Try PM'ing or E-mailing out admin, shanehensley. He's the guy to talk to on this front...

I think you should sit on Chuck's desks until he fixes it. You're not the only one with this issue. I think maybe you originally signed up on the new website and it's not articulating with the forum very well.
