This is pretty random, but I guess my dad actually taught a crow to talk. I was too young to remember, but I have heard the stories. From what I've heard, he had to cut the tongue, and then taught it to mimic (like a parrot).
I'm sure he taught it to be a smartass, but don't worry PETA. He sent a speaking bird off into the world.
Oh, and while I'm being random, somebody should sell that flame dancing thing to a bar chain. Or just do a huge install in a bar in Vegas or Texas. People would pay to see that for sure.
