Let's see you used to be funny, edgy and relevant, but never a really good actor. Fat = funny = Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, Dave Chappelle(?). At least that's the theory. Not much that Eddie or Martin has been funny as of late.

Because it will make money. Audiences eat up funny fat and drag, and...blah, I'll save the drome the politics and a long post. I'm not Chris Gore or Seumas. Anyway, the movie looks funny. Eddie can out-fatsuit Martin. Chappelle doesn't need a fatsuit or women's clothing to be funny. I watched him on Oprah(only episode I've since by choice)...I know what's up.

I think it looks funny too. Eddie Murphy has been doing these kinds of films for years and I've found them all to be enjoyable so far. This one looks like the best yet.

I saw Borat yesterday. The funny trailer definitely wasn't the Eddie Murphy movie.

I hate you to Brian with loathing deep down inside my sweaty sack, but I won't blame you for having very little clue on how movie should be. one-day You'll know what it's like to laugh at something that's actually funny. Until then we can snuggle up together in a bed and hold each other and watch the sunset. You know you want to.

Norbit looks really funny, and it has potential. When I saw the trailer, I was laughing my ass off. Inside laughing, because the theater wasn't that full. Anyways, I think this movie is gonna be really funny.

At the same time, I'm afraid that most of the comedy will come from him in a fat suit.

I was a little disappointed to see him playing just about every role in the movie. But I didn't know what the movie was at the beginning. Just seeing the baby getting thrown out the window of the car. The old man pick it up, and sayin how ugly it was he couldn't give it away. And then the chicken get its head cut off, come on, that's comedy people

I saw this somwhere else (not before Borat) but I forget where. Yeah, but it just looks stupid to me. Murphy is a funny guy until he starts doing stupid comedy like this.

I used to loved Eddie Murphy, Beverly Hills Cop was amazing I keep hoping he'll do another great film, not got my hopes up for this one but I'll see it.

I will say this about Eddie Murphay, the only funny movie/ great movie he's been in is Bowfinger. I would say the same for Steve Martin but I thought the man with two brains was hilarious.

And it figures... thats the only one of his i havent seen. oddly enought... well not oddly considering my southern upbringing, i really hate "black" comedies... you know.. little man, big momma's house.

Nah, don't listen to him, bowfinger blows and is nowhere near as good as beverly hills cop or any of his other movies made at that time.....errrrr.....wait.......who am I talking to?.......scratch that, you may actually like it.
