Okay, I know this is gonna sound bad, boring, that I'll be flamed as a pussy, but if you read the whole thing, you'll see my point. So here it goes anyway:

After seeing the last potato gun episode, a question popped to my mind, and that is why don't you guys don't use official safety/responsability disclamers for Systm. Most projects undertaken on this show have real potential to inflict serious bodily injury or costly property damage, either while making them or using them.

Now, I understand 99% of the Systm audience are probably people in the know, however, there are surely a few, like me, who watch merely out of interest, and who would totally blow their houses up, electrocute the cat, tear off multiple limbs, or otherwise render themselves comatose on toxic fumes while attempting even the simplest looking task.

Thing is I'd hate to see you guys will get burnt by some idiot 15 year old attempting to spray paint his laptop from inside his bedroom, or any other generic douche amputating a neighbourgh with the hot end of his '8 feet potato canon'...
And while disclamers and all that stuff have never been proven effective in actually preventing these kinds of things from happening, at least rev3 wouldn't risk being put out of business by any litigious retard out there..

I think having Patrick say 500 times an episode that what they're doing isn't safe is good enough.

Yeah, maybe they should have it flash on the entire screen "DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!" anytime Patrick takes a step. :P

I see where you guys are coming from, Pat does give warnings every 3rd word. But, the parent has a point. Something as simple as a 2 second splash at the beginning of the episode would be enough... We all know there are idiots out there. And we all know there are people who would sue you for looking at them crossways. So why take the chance? Do the simple thing, display a warning similar to Mythbusters or other shows of the same style. I don't think any of us Systm watchers would care if the show were 2 seconds longer because of a splash.
