Thanks for justifying APPLE TV

I just wanted to shout out to Patrick and the great work you're doing with Techzilla! It's like the return of a old friend (since the demise of TECH TV). I listen weekly to TWIT too, but I love the way you dive into technology and help clear the fog in this rapidly expanding world of tech. The best part is that Techzilla completely justifies that investment in Apple TV. I've had APPLE TV for a little over a month, and I've hated it because of its inherent limitations. But now, I love navigating to the Techzilla HD show, and pressing PLAY. It's better than TECH TV ever was or ever could be,... and in HD even. I would say you could use an upgrade with a bigger set and better lights, but thanks for bringing the fun back to watching tech news in prime time.

I think Revision 3 should stop using the motto Kill Your TV and instead focus energy on partnering with a set-top HD podcast playing device (why should APPLE get all the $$$) that allows the Revision 3 and other Internet HD distrubuted programs to be watched ON the TV. There isn't enough HD programming out there for all of these new HD sets being sold now, and cable and DTV are way to slow to implement. Just my 2 cents.

I totally agree with you that Tekzilla could benefit from a new set. You should know, that on Tekzilla, Jim Lauderback showed a product at CES(I forgot the name) and mentioned that Revision3 was working together with them to have their shows available on the receiver, and that they were working with other companies to get that done as well. It's not so much that they are against TV, because they want their shows in front of as many eyes as possible, in any way possible.
