Download Resume in iTunes

I use iTunes as an RSS podcast client and its resume function has never worked for Revision3 shows. It would be nice as downloading most of a 500 MB file to have your connection drop out and then having to start from scratch downloading again can't be a good use of resources for either Revision3 as well as being mostly annoying as heck for the customer. Moreover, at my school I have bandwidth quotas per day and 3 day period and 2 500 MB transfers can do a lot of damage to those.

I agree. This is a problem I have also been experiencing and its horrible. I've had a podcast restart downloading over 5 times once! It would get to 99% and start over the 500 mb file (HD version). That might be a different problem than what scienceking said, but I've had his problem too. And its annoying too, because podcasts from other providers do resume when asked.
