Sounds like Andrew is the new host. If he wasn't, then Jim would have said something like "check out THIS WEEK's Digg Reel. It's not so girly." -- but the way he worded the above statement.... "check out the NEW digg reel.... and not so girly ANYMORE."

I could be wrong though... although if Andrew is back again for a 3rd week then I think it's safe to assume he's the new host.

i really don't like the guy, there is just something about him that i don't like

perhaps its the fact that he tries to hard to be funny or reads the jokes like there funny

i wish they would do it more adlibed ....i would love to see it as laid back as tekzilla is but not as far as diggnation

I have to ask, where did Andrew Bancroft come from?

I don't mean that in a bad tone, I actually like the guy being on the Digg Reel, but I don't remember seeing his name anywhere in any of the Revision3 shows (but I won't claim that I've seen every one).

I actually don't mind Andrew, he's a joker, and he seems like he could care less, hard figuring out how much is him and how much is writers.

What happened to JC though? I miss her.

I like him too, I think some people are coming down on him a bit hard because they don't see him as one of the ol' Tech TV crew. He's new, unfamiliar, and people are afraid of change. I'll admit I thought the same thing too, but I've come 'round.

Andrew is the perfect host for The Digg Reel. Nothing against Jessica, but Andrew seems to bring something to the show that is so over the top that it suits it perfectly. :)

I agree. What the show really needs is another host so that there are two people to discuss each video. Right now, all you have is Bancroft giving a cheesy intro to the video, video plays, he reads off some of the comments, repeat until credits.

I like Bancroft as the host for the show because no offense intended for Jessica but when she was making the jokes they just seemed a bit cheesy and when Bancroft says them they seem funny even if they are a bit too scripted.

A DR with two hosts might be interesting but overall maybe not needed however I will say two hosts would guarantee that the jokes aren't as scripted because they would have to react to each other.

Overall I like Bancroft as the host and even though I like Jessica too, Bancroft is the better fit for the Digg Reel.

Oh someone asked where he came from...and it got me thinking, "where did he come from" I like the guy but it's like he just showed up one day and hijacked the reel. :)
