2 different shots?

I am not sure if this is 2 different shots or just an effect from zooming in but its weird going back and forth between the 2.

If you watch the Gazette about Pixel Perfect they show a cammera zooming into an LCD TV, I'm guessing that the zoomed image is just that and that the full sized image is just the computer hooked up to a monitor directly that tapes into the control room.

That's my highly un-educated response without any technical wording... But I hot it works for you.
