Phew,
It's about time I see Sarah on some form of a show. I just love all the stuff she can find out there on the internet. That was really the only reason why I watched The Screen Savers on TechTV -- to see what the next cool thing she found on the internet was. Once she was out of the picture on TSS I pretty much just unsubscribed from my cable provider and went to basic cable, lol.

It's good to see you again, Sarah! Glad you are still out there finding all sorts of nifty things out there on the web!!

Somehow I highly doubt that... unless you had some sort of proof... at which point you would be quite hardcore. :)

Did any of Y'all watch AotS the last month Sarah was on? There was this one episode where Kevin Pereira reviewed Oblivion (Elder Scrolls IV) as part of his First 50 segment. Not only did he tell people it sucked, he actually made fun of how bad it was. Then, after Oblivion received high reviews from the entire video game community, Pereira admitted that he'd never played it and was just saying what the writers told him to say. Two weeks later, First 50 was cancelled and X-play gave the game 5 stars. Later that year, G4 honored Oblivion with their Game of the Year award during Gphoria. Talk about jumping on the band wagon! Still, I think Mr. Pereira is quite good at his job and I actually felt sorry for him. That must have been a HUGE embarrassment.
Needless to say, I was basically done with G4 after that fiasco.

I would also like to add that I too am happy with Sarah's return. I sincerely hope Revision 3 continues its commitment to quality AND integrity. Integrity is a tough virtue to maintain, because facts are facts and money is important. But I'm an idealist, so I choose to believe Rev3 will succeed where others have failed.

I'm glad to see her back as well...in further solidifies Rev3 as TechTV revisited. I was a huge TechTV fan and watch TSS every day without fail even when they merged with G4 but as soon as they started making TSS do scripted calls I was half-way out the door but when they cancelled it all together I was done with that station. It was cool that AotS had Sarah and Kevin (I think) for a while but when compared to TSS of ol' I hated AotS.

Anyway, welcome back to the little screen? Well if theaters are the "Big Screen" and TVs are the "Little Screen" what would a monitor be?

Considering my monitor is approx. the same size as the TV that is in the same room as it... "little screen" Let's also not forget some of us have devices that can play the videos on TVs.

I know I'm a little late in this post, but I thought it was the most appropriate thread to use.

I'm happy to see Sarah back in another fun, interesting, and quirky show. It was upsetting to hear years ago when she stated that she was leaving AOTS. Keeping the blog for her travels made me a bit happier since she wasn't completely alienating her fan base. After all, she didn't have to do that. So, I didn't really keep up with her blog for a while, and found out just last Sunday that she was doing this gig. I'm up to date with the episodes, and I'm very happy with the result.

All of that to say, thanks Trixie Lane, for never really leaving the front of the camera. You keep things interesting and entertaining. Now you got some great women (the show) to share it with.

AOTS has never been the same since Sarah left. I couldn't believe the lovable drunk that was Brendan Moran was leaving either. I can distinctly remember him mumbling through the show due to pain killers when he dislocated his shoulder all those years ago. Anyways, I'm glad to see you're back in a spotlight of some sort Ms. Lane. I wish you the best of luck.
