I almost shat bricks.
When they said what they said (not to ruin for any of you), I closed down VLC, head over the rev3, and started to remove all of my RSS feeds.
After they said "april fools", I shat bricks.

I was about to hit the stop button and swear off watching any revision3 show ever again...
Then I got to thinking about April Fool's Day (which happens to be my Birthday) So I kept watching a breathed a sign of relief, of which I am certain was collective. Don't let Rupert ruin the greatest network on the internet!

Just started watching it, didn't fool me with the "Big Announcement", once you said it, knew it wasn't true. Don't know if you guys seriously thought that would fool people, should of picked another news company like NBC or ABC, not the most hated news company on the internet. However it was funny. Just not a convincing April Fools.

Meh the April fools joke didn't get me and as to the bluetooth headset hate those things as most people I run into that wear them are assholes about it,seriously want to punch them in the face.

omg they so totally got me! I started swearing at my monitor and my dad came in and had this concerned (:confused:) look on his face and asked "what's going on?" so I told him my favorite show has sold out to an overzealous tv station which would totally ruin it. So as I pressed Alt + F4, I immediately fired up my browser and came to the forums to see how pissed everyone else was and found out it was fake. I opened up the show again and proceeded to laugh my ass off in relief as they continued with the joke. So that pretty much made my week.
P.S. I really need to get laid

The joke they did about the show being about politics and celebrity news back when digg v3 launched was better. They were so deadpan then.
By far, the best part of the episode is when Kevin goes, "well, maybe I'm gonna kill you" to Alex. The look on his face after that was priceless.

Its not April the 1st yet, i realise that you wont be creating a show that falls on the 1st but it was pretty lame.
I nearly turned it off and if i had that would have been the last time i watched Diggnation, april fools or not.

I stoped the episode right after the anouncement and was insta-pissed. (i.e. I was had) I signed up so I could transform into a flaming troll on the forums. I was also ready to walk over to rev3HQ and start stabing people (and I live in Germany), most likely Louderback (also for canceling Infected, I hope Ricky gets to him soon) But all is well, so keep rocking.

they were sober... it's always shorter when they're sober... need to get bender hosting the show, so when the hosts are sober at least one of them acts drunk..

Like so many others, I too would have unsubscribed to Diggnation. Thankfully, that isn't the case.

Honestly they should of done something like G4, which would be more believable (if they weren't laughing and making it obvious like switching computer platforms) and would probably piss people even more off.

ok, so when they first hinted that they were stopping drinking because of some new company, I was getting ready to stop watching...I was just waiting to see who they were selling out to.
when they mentioned Rev3 was bought, I was thinking that whole CNET mistake from a bit ago.
When they said FoxNews (didn't even notice the .org) I realized it was a prank...and then got irritated, cause it's not even April (yes, I have issues...I don't like it when shows do something to commemorate a day on a different day because they aren't released/aired on that day.)
...now to figure out if I unpause or close it. bleh.

I agree. CNET, G4, or ABC would have been more believable and without the smiling.
And Kevin and Alex go back to drinking again. I think that's what makes the show fun to watch is you two get to drink random bears.

My jaw dropped and I started to lose all hope in humanity as you two kept going on about how it was OKAY going off to FOX. I was having flashes of horror and honestly got upset and was starting to go through the stages of grief like denial, barganing. YOU GOT ME GOOD BITCHES!!!! Don't EVER, EVER, EVER scare me like that again!!!!! I didn't realize how much I liked your show and you guys until I though it was going to go bye bye.
