Podcast aggregator?

Ok, so I've been looking for something to automatically download new podcasts for me. Here's the functionality I'm looking for.

1) Will download newest episode based on RSS feed
2) Will NOT delete old episodes
3) Can set downloads to happen between a specific timeframe

Number 3 is most important. My current connection is rather slow, so I'd want the podcasts to be downloaded while I'm at work and while I sleep.

I have yet to find a program that can do this. Anyone know of anything?

You best option would prolly be gPodder...Needless to say, there are very few podcast aggregators on linux and even fewer good ones...gPodder is a bit sluggish, but it's the best one out there.
